What was the highlight of Hotel Saray Granada
Comfortable experience.
We loved the hotel. It was warm, inviting and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious. Cleanliness was top tier!
The swimming pool was not open until June, which was ashame as we really wanted to have a swim. We asked if we could borrow an iron just to iron one shirt and they stated that we would have to pay for the service with a 24 hour turn around- not efficient and we thought that the hospitality lacked. It would have been a better experience if there was complimentary teas/treats in the room other than a mini bar which was extortionate. Hospitality makes experience memorable. Though a good experience, not one to remember.

Very Good
Good breakfast selection, rooms were clean and comfortable. The Hotel is a short 15 - 20-minute walk from the center of town. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and knew great English.
The pool could have been open, it was very warm outside but the pool was closed as it was not "swimming season" yet.

Lovely hotel
Beautiful hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. The room was a good size and well equipped. The location was good, only a short walk into the city and lots to explore in the local neighborhood.
It is written in the small print but the pool is only open June-Sept which is disappointing despite it being 28c+ when we were there. It was also difficult to use the outside pool area even to relax as there was a lot of communion events that took over that area on during our stay.
